What this policy covers

This policy describes what information the J. Miller Studio website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site, or by submitting an inquiry, you agree to this policy and to the Terms and Conditions.

Information you provide

The Start a Commission form asks for your name, email, optional phone, a subject category, your story and notes, and whether you have reference photos to share later. No file upload is active on this site: nothing can be attached through the site today.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, the hosting provider's form service. Netlify stores each submission and sends email notifications to J. Miller Studio and to the site administrator so the studio can respond. Inquiry details are used to review and respond to your inquiry and are not sold or rented.

Providers and hosting

• The site is hosted on Netlify, which serves the pages and processes form submissions.
• Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard web requests when pages load.

Cookies, analytics, and trackers

• The studio does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• The studio does not currently set its own cookies.

Future features

If the studio later adds analytics, file uploads, customer accounts, checkout, or a customer portal, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled.

California residents

California residents may have privacy rights depending on their circumstances, including rights to request access to or deletion of personal information. To make a privacy request, use the Start a Commission form and put "Privacy Request" in the message, and the studio will respond.

The studio may update this policy from time to time; the effective date at the top shows the current version, and material changes to what the site collects will be reflected here before they take effect.
